Location Description: This hotel benefits from a fabulous location for distinct travellers who want to stay right in the vibrant heart of zurich's old town. The hotel does not offer breakfast, but this should be no hardship to guests who can choose from a number of excellent cafes and restaurants in the area. The only reason to remember is that check-in is at the hotel goldenes schwert. This is a gay-friendly hotel (run by gay owners). Ry 03/08 the building blends in with its neighbours with its traditional stone facade. This hotel is located in a pedestrian street in the centre of zurich's cute old town the niederdorf. Guests should check in at the reception of the hotel goldenes schwert, only a five-minute walk away.
Rooms: Guest rooms The rooms vary in size quite considerably, but are on medium medium in size. As this is an old building, the rooms are all different, but all possess been tastefully decorated with spotless white walls and classy, high-quality furniture. Some rooms possess attractive, shiny wood floors. The bathrooms are, like the rooms, in very good condition. It should be noted, however, that although all rooms possess their own basin and shower, toilets are shared.
