General Description
:
Only a short stroll to the centre and the lake, this hotel offers good quality. 12/04 ch. The building is ultramodern, but striped canopies over the windows and flower boxes give it a more traditional overall impression. The rooms are mid-range sized and graceful, with large windows for a delightful shining, airy atmosphere. The bathrooms are in good condition as are the rooms themselves. There is a mid-range sized breakfast room on the 1st floor, where the pool, bar and terrace are also located. There is also a conservatory which is used for dinners and private functions. The lobby is long and narrow with a carved, dark wooden reception desk. There are various antiques and a marble floor with abundant rugs scattered around. The lobby also has a petite chandelier. The hotel is located in the paradiso locality of lugano, up a petite hill above the town. The centre is only a few minutes walk away.
