The 13 fabulous guestrooms are individually themed and decorated from egyptian and pirate to medieval english. All have tiled flooring, televisions, telephones, clock radios, iron/ironing boards and minibars. Bathrooms have flattering toiletries. Guests can browse the onsite shop and make use of the dry cleaning and laundry services. There is wireless internet access in public areas, and parking can be found nearby for those arriving by car.

The hotel is in an excellent position for exploring lucerne and its abundant historic sights, as well as the surrounding area; lucerne old town surrounds the hotel, and guests can enjoy an evening at the theatre and visit the gorgeous kapellbrucke, both 200 metres away. Mount rigi and mount pilatus are both 15 kilometres from the hotel, and guests can take a days' excursion to the world's first revolving cable car at mount titlis, 30 kilometres distant. The hotel is located 500 metres from lucerne train station, and zurich airport is 73 kilometres away. Please note: a city tax of 2.25 chf per person per night is not included in the rates and will be applied to all stays after the 1st january 2007. This fee is payable locally.
